SheaMoisture Full Beard Detangler: Maracuja Oil & Shea Butter, Paraben-Free - 4 oz Review

I don't know if I'm allergic to anything but I get pimples on my face after using it. My face also feels tingly and uncomfortable. It might work for someone else, but my bears and whiskers are getting brittle.

My beard has never been so soft. This is an amazing product and my beard smells amazing. I use it almost twice a day (once in the morning with hydrating shea butter and beard balm) and again at night (with emu butter and hydrating shea beard balm).

I prefer beard oil lotion as it doesn't clump and stays shiny. It works incredibly, and while the smell isn't bad, it's far from manly or even neutral. In the week I've been using it, three people have mentioned that it smells like I'm wearing women's perfume or candy. Maybe I'll just give it to my sister for her lush mustache.

My husband likes this product a lot on his beard. After drying the beard with a towel, he applies this product to the still damp beard. Once dry it gives some control like a beard balm makes it shiny and smells great! It also smoothes the hair and makes the beard look longer. I have a feeling he will always use it! I just wish there were different flavor options just to switch things up a bit. But a great product.

I have a gray beard. Gray hair tends to be coarser and drier than black hair. This product does a great job of softening and moisturizing the beard for easy combing. Highly recommended, the smell is great too.

I originally received this material as a sample. I gave it to my friend to try. He liked it so much that I came here to buy some. He uses a variety of beard products but says he likes this one in particular because it makes him more defined; he can shape it into his beard and it will hold. It has a light scent which I really like and seems to soften his beard.

This product works great for detangling my thick curly beard. As mentioned, the smell is strong and smells like frozen vanilla cupcakes or something. It's definitely not a bad scent. Actually, my wife likes it. But that's not necessarily what I want to smell like at work all day. So I mostly use beard oil in the morning with a slightly woody scent, but I also use it in the evening.
