Love the flexibility and length of the wiring. Sometimes when the wire isn't long enough it's difficult to get it to work, but this is perfect!

I hate it. Water in the microphone causes a short circuit. Living in a rainy area caused many problems with the radio. Finally threw it away. Absolute rubbish. I will never buy again.

This product is of excellent quality. Has held up to my patrol shenanigans so far and the sound quality is really good. The earpiece isn't uncomfortable, but I know it's there. All in all a great product.

Used daily on patrol. I'm glad I took off my collar and the big microphone. I was concerned if the mic would withstand rain/snow. So far I've been out in the pouring rain a few times with no issues with the mic. I have been looking forward to the launch of this system for many years.

I work in law enforcement and have used this with my duty radio. At first everything worked very well, unfortunately after about a month the fast connection began to drop constantly. The sound quality is the same story, it started out great and. This is fundamentally unsuitable. My advice is to skip the QD feature.

The actual functionality is great. The microphone clip broke after a week and the metal connector on the radio mount broke after three weeks. I had to use the old plug and tie the mic to my uniform every night. The sound is great and I love the microphone button. I expect my gear to break, but not in a few weeks.

The quick connector began to fail after about two weeks. The connection was intermittent, with sound coming through the real radio in some places and the earpiece in other places. It happened while I was on call and it became a major safety issue for the officer. I believe that I can rely on my equipment and this product is not that reliable.

Good planning of the equipment itself, but poor execution when actually connected to a portable radio. If you stand and listen to the portable radio during operation, it will work without interruption. When you move, the connection is constantly lost, which is very annoying and radio traffic is interrupted. Possibly a defective unit, but I don't spend money on another unit to find out. If the connection hasn't been lost, it generally works fine.
