Pros: arrived a day earlier than expected. Used 2.6ft pieces along with 2.6ft feather boas for the chicken costume. These 6 foot pieces were much cleaner than the feather boas which lost a lot of feathers and made a big mess. There was practically nothing left of them. Cons: Blue and brown spots were randomly present on different feathers. I ended up cutting off the affected feathers.

I had the brilliant idea of making a costume for my boy for Halloween this year and I decided it would be Hei Hei from Disney's Moana would. This feather trimming matched the yellow top layer of his suit perfectly and was very easy to sew on. The only downside is that the trim doesn't stretch. Depending on where you place it, it's important to leave enough slack so you can stretch it to tighten it. Overall this is a great feather accent and I am very happy with the result!

I ended up sending them back because they had already fallen off when I took them out of the box and some long feathers in bad condition. I needed them for my wedding headpiece and I didn't want to end up with feathers falling in my hair on my wedding day. :( Check out the picture of how it looked after you opened them.
