Worst chilled blanket I've tried

The chill side is typical of the 'cold to the touch' side of these blankets. However, the other side, which should be less cool, scratches terribly. Doesn't get softer even after a few washes. There's no way I would want that near my skin. It's like trying to hug wool. ABOMINABLE. I have tried about 4 cooling blankets so far and this is the worst of them all. There are many better ones on the market in the same price range.

10/10 I would buy again anytime!

My husband sweats a lot when he sleeps and we have tried many different "cooling" blankets, no different from the usual ones, but this is what we need! It was cool when I opened the bag, I washed and dried it lightly. As soon as he felt it he was very excited to use it and let me just say this is SERIOUS - this is a cooling blanket! It's a very soft, cozy material that keeps me cool and keeps my husband from sweating all night. I may have to order another one for myself because it's so good!

One side is as soft as a baby's nightgown. The other side is prickly and rough.

The soft side gets 5 stars because it's cool, soft and comfortable. The other side doesn't get a 1 star. It looks like cheap fabric and feels scratched. The soft side is colder than using the top sheet. There were no washing instructions with this duvet. Wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer. This summer I challenged myself to find the perfect cooling blanket. The Cooling Blanket is my favorite Revain Vine find of 2021. If you need a double quilted, soft andโ€ฆ
