Description of ๐Ÿคฟ SHERWOOD SCUBA Adult Powerful Open Heel Scuba Diving Fin: Triton Fin, Unmatched Performance Design

Proven three vent design between the foot pocket and blade provides additional thrust on the down kick and decrease drag on the up-kick or recovery. Foot pocket shape and size derived from years of research to satisfy the most exacting requirements for comfort and power for divers or snorkelers. Provides tremendous power with the standard flutter kick, but offers outstanding performance with Frog Kicking. TPR Construction provides power and durability of similarly shaped fins, but with 30% less weight. Great for travel. Triton Fins are slightly bouyant. TPR material is positively bouyant and if you lose a fin it will come back to the surface.

The perfect fin for dry suits!

Absolutely perfect! I bought them a size XL for my size 10.5 boots for my dry suit. They fit perfectly over a dry suit. Size 10 is probably the smallest Sherwood XL. And there's room for a bigger one. Good quality and vents help move in the water.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Excellent fins. for dive fins

I searched the internet for fin recommendations for this purchase and found positive reviews of these fins from independent testers. Having dived with them several times I can report that I am very happy with this purchase. The fins are less tiring than my previous pair but offer better traction. Maneuverability is also very good.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Great fins! for water sports

I bought these fins to replace my 20 year old Power Plana fins. The main use for them would be snorkeling and possibly scuba diving. What a difference 20 years! These fins had a noticeable improvement in traction and less leg fatigue. I noticed that the people I used to swim with who were moving about the same speed as me were now lagging behind and I had to wait for them to catch up. So I am very satisfied with it and can recommend it without any problems.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Out of style

So far I like them very much. I'll go to do my opening.

Fins fit well; and swimming with them seems almost easy. So far I like them very much. I am in the process of doing my open water certification. dives with them, so let's see how they do it. I suspect there will be no problems. I think they're officially listed as "medium speeds"; but they seem pretty fast to me as it takes minimal effort to move quickly and easily through the water. They also allow me to turn underwater quite easily without using my hands. I would highly recommend these Triton

Good fins - try them on first.

I just got back from my first long dive with these fins so I can finally comment on them. One of the nice things about them is that they're a lot lighter than I thought they would be, which is great for travel. My only complaint was that the lip that runs across the top of the foot felt a bit stiff on the first dive or two, but after the first two I either stopped noticing it or it softened. In terms of swimming, they are great. The only thing they have is that the foot basket is quite big. I'm

Great fins, especially for the price

Great fins. I wear shoe size 10, shaft size 9 (when swimming you need a firm seat, everything dangles in the water). So I ordered medium fins. Perfect, just a little space left. There is a hole at the toe to drain excess water, cool. Ventilation holes allow water to flow through the fin and behind the foot. Used them during a military diving course. I was able to shave a few minutes off my surface swim time by adjusting and using some gear. I bought spring clips because they are much quicker to

Pros

  • Definitely a bad product
