Mine arrived damaged and unusable. I didn't know how to pull myself together to go back to Revane. I called the manufacturer and they immediately sent me a new one which was very nice. I am happy with this purchase. It was hard to come by that expensive, but I liked the idea of being able to use it both sitting and lying down. I am amazed at how well this CloudMassage works and how well it feels on my legs and feet. I have had pain, swelling and discomfort in my legs for many years. One of the reasons for this is that I have been in a wheelchair all day for 30 years. I can neither stand nor move my legs. My lack of mobility causes severe pain and swelling in my legs and feet.
