So I can't say I've used it on my hands as I'm trying to get rid of my old lotions first but I have a horrible runny nose and my nose was incredibly sore and cracked. I put a layer on my nose before bed as I didn't have petroleum jelly and when I woke up I found my nose was 80% better despite blowing my nose in my sleep! This suffix is awesome! I chose to use it instead of other lotions because the ingredients are mostly oils without the other harsh ingredients found in other lotions. I love it

I accidentally discovered this hand cream while looking for something to help my dry, cracked and sore skin. Borage oil really works. Within a few days my hands are healing, the pain is much less and the cracks are disappearing. I will continue to use this product for the rest of my life, especially in the winter.
