2-Pack RV Water Heater Cam Lock Iron Galvanized Spring Loaded Latch by Shiosheng Review

As an automotive enthusiast and RV owner, I was excited to try out this product. However, as a result of my tests, I determined that the Shiosheng Heater Galvanization Spring Loaded simply does not hold up. The galvanization easily breaks and leaves you with a faulty heater that fails to keep your RV plumbing in check. While the product looks promising, it's not worth the investment when you factor in the cost of repair or replacement. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this one.

This is a much better version than what originally came with my motorhome but it doesn't work exactly the same. To get this to work I had to bend the metal tabs, take apart, reassemble, and bend the metal tabs again. Worth the money but not the best design.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a replacement part approved by your water heater manufacturer. The good thing about the tongue is that it's not plastic and everything else isn't stainless steel and won't be bent into the desired shape. It's so thin that it obviously breaks if you try to bend it. Obviously the guy operating the bender wasn't paying attention when he didn't align the parts.
