Bought this for my mom. When she opened it, the product was frozen. After thawing at room temperature, the cream appeared to separate into liquids, leaving inhomogeneous pieces. She has been using this cream for many years, so she knows how it should be. I tried mixing but the consistency didn't really help. We contacted BSD Flavors but they completely ignored me.
