I ordered 38D. It's pretty simple math. The 38D is 38 inches in diameter. I measured the item sent to me. It was 26 inches. It is a full foot narrower than this item should be. It is not the same as ordering small/medium/large. This item was advertised as 38 inches and it says so on the label. It cannot be worn and I am sending it back.

First, the size is strange and you have to pay for the return postage. Second, once I get a size that fits and works in it, it's actually very uncomfortable. The finish irritates the skin when running and is a little itchy. I ordered it based on an article that ranked it among the best bras for women with large breasts, but I disagree. Don't bother.
