🩲 Medium Compression Support for Adults by Shock Doctor Review

EXCELLENT compression sleeve! I had one that I wore to keep my ankle from swelling playing tennis and couldn't find it anywhere else - tried a few before my daughter, who is an avid CrossFit trainer, suggested this one. All my problems solved! I bought two!

I walked with a broken leg for three months before the doctor found it was broken and still not healed. After wearing the corset for two months I was still in pain but I didn't really need a severely restrictive corset. The doc recommended me compression stockings. It has endured a lot and is still nice and comfortable.

Excellent support without making the ankle too stiff or constricting. I have a sore ankle that hasn't healed properly and wearing this allows me to play basketball ALL DAY without pain. The supportive material hugs your ankle and the cord wraps around the insoles of my boots to keep me in place. When my current one runs out, I will definitely buy another one!

About 2 years ago I had major ankle surgery which required repair of tendons, ligaments and endoscopes. I found that while shoelaces are great for short-term physical activities, they caused me pain during my 12-hour work shifts. My solution was to put these braces on and they work fantastic. It fits under the toe and creates no pinch points. Excellent support and portability.

Does what it's supposed to do, compresses the area to reduce swelling/swelling. This brand was recommended by my PT. I wear it most of the day to relieve swelling in my left ankle due to surgery on several damaged tendons. It has been 6 months since my surgery and I still have to wear them to deal with the ongoing swelling. I have 2 that I change, I wash one while wearing the other. Very satisfied!

I bought this ankle brace after the silicone inserts fell out of my old ankle brace from another brand. I've ridden it a few hundred miles and hope it lasts. The silicone/gel inserts in this cuff are curved and provide excellent ankle support on either side, although you may need to adjust the width of the shoe if you have narrow shoes.
