If you've researched shockwave devices and know the price, this is a great entry-level device. I was very pleased with how well it works on tendons and ligaments. Just a few treatments on my C7 brought a lot of relief. I have been to an amazing doctor who has a top notch German laser that does a great job. Even hard it paid off in 3 treatments.
