Shoes look good. The leather upper is good. The grip on the bottom makes it suitable for early street shoes over all suede boots. The side buckle takes a little time to adjust, but it's good if your child, like mine, has figured out how to undo the velcro.

I bought these shoes for my 9 month old daughter and she is still wearing them (3 months later) with no toe damage. If you own a crawler, you know that the sock usually wears out immediately, leaving the boot worn/dirty. I would give them 5 stars as I expect the part of the buckle that should stay in the loop doesn't stay in (stays buttoned but sticks out and doesn't lay flat).

My (almost) 11 month old daughter used these for her autumn photos. She wears a baby size 3 or 4 depending on the brand, but I ordered a size 4 for more toe room and room to grow. It's a little big, but not by much. The buckles - the spring-loaded buckles did the job, but it was a little difficult to put on a wobbly baby. Velcro would be a lot easier.
