The shoes would have gotten a 5 if they had come with laces. It was Thanksgiving and of course now I have to buy laces for the shoes I bought. When I spend my money on a product. I want the entire product as well as you want full payment

We liked the 3-6 month size (pictured right) so much we ordered a different size! Our daughter has very small feet and started walking early so this was one of the few rubber soled shoes that fit her. She was very good at it. But when we went up the next size, they became velvet, not suede like the first pair. We really wanted navy blue and these are super navy blue. Not what we had hoped for. I do not know what to do because I am afraid that if we exchange we will get the same velvet ones…

I wish I could give this product stars! I initially ordered black boots for my daughter for 6-12 months, but they run small for her.
