Terrible signal reception for Automotive Antenna

This antenna topper is a disaster waiting to happen. THE signal reception is terrible, making this product useless for anyone who wants to listen to the radio while driving. The only positive aspect is its appearance, which is not enough to justify its purchase .Save your money and invest in a better antenna that actually works..

Screw adapter on antenna caps

Instructions not included. I have 2012 and none of the adapters work with this model. one end has a fine thread and the other has a coarser thread. The rough end fits the new antennas, but I also need the rough end for the roof mount. I am missing something.
