I am very pleased to receive my mat today, it feels great. I have severe plantar fasciitis on my feet and nothing ever feels hard enough. So when it comes to people saying it's too difficult and too painful, I almost always disagree. With that in mind, my two young daughters seem to be enjoying it as well.
