I am happy with their customer service, they are very professional in what we do together! They did an excellent job at building our website for us as well providing ongoing support along side it all - which is so important when you're working remotely or have limited resources/time available yourself (as most small businesses tend too). There was nothing that i disliked about them during my time there but if anything then maybe some improvements could be made around communication between team
