Everything seems to fit except the gasket in the kit but the gasket is not there now, I don't know if it's worth putting it in or if it fits another model. There were no additional instructions for this part.

The part leaked worse than the original right after installation so I checked the screws for tightness (I didn't tighten them). One of the propeller bodies was cracked and water was leaking out. I gave up and bought a new pump for $68.

Instead of spending big bucks on a new Chinese made pump, this product will repair your old American made pump. The fit and finish is exactly the same as the pump, and it comes with all the piston end wear parts you need to keep your pump running for another 20 years.

This kit works as best it can. Installation was easy and now our pump works like new. However, the kit is only half the price here as it does not include the internal valve which is just as much a wearing part as the parts that come with the kit. Therefore, although pumping as well as before, the pump still does not hold pressure and runs for a second or two about every 20 minutes. The most annoying thing is when you forget to turn it off before bed. Receives you as soon as you take a nap.

There was a leak - and the engine was quite noisy when running. I thought it was a rubber membrane but it looked very nice. The valve assembly was very dirty and appeared to be worn. Place it with the same opening and not only will the leakage stop, but the entire unit will run much quieter! Very well built and sturdy as it should be as I believe this is a Shurflow product. Before you buy a crappy fake pump or spend over $200 on a new Shurflo pump, you should definitely try to replace the motor

My pump had a small leak on the same side so I ordered this kit. Before installing this kit, my pump was always spinning slowly, as if struggling. The original 20 year old diaphragms turned out to be a bit stiff and that was the drag. So by installing this kit, my pump actually built pressure faster and pumped more water.
