Slow and Unreliable Flash Drive

Based on my observations, this USB Flash Drive has really disappointed me. The transfer speeds are incredibly slow, making it a frustrating experience to move files around .Not only that, but I`ve had issues with it corrupting files and losing data..

  • The design is sleek and compact.
Cons
  • Slow transfer speeds and unreliable storage.

I have the 64GB version. Bought to watch series and movies on TV. The first one was successful, the speed was quite suitable, especially for 500. I took the second one, but it turned out to be much worse. I found out that they are on different memory chips, although the controller is the same (Phison PS2309). If you got caught on memory chips from Toshiba you are lucky, if you are not from SanDisk. A few tests on the photo, I signed where which chips are. Tested via USB 3.1 connector

Pros
  • Convenient extension of the USB connector with a slight sliding movement of your finger.
Cons
  • Lottery like with RAM. They can vary greatly in write and read speeds.
