I have an OTA antenna with Winegard signal booster on my roof. Tried 3 different configurations and for my setup, setting the filter after (downstream) the signal amplifier worked best (Antenna > Amplifier > Filter > TV). The measured signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) showed an average improvement of 3 dB over the unfiltered signal. YMMV. Excellent value for money for cable cutters next to LTE towers.

Fixed an issue with my HD HomeRun receivers and interference.

I've been having interference issues with my HD HomeRun devices. Installing one of these babies completely solved this problem. I am happy about my purchase. The packaging was excellent. Although I haven't seen installation instructions, this speaks for itself. Screw it into the coax connector on the HD HomeRun, and then connect the coax cable to this little rock. problem solved for me. I hope this works for you as well as it did for me!

Significantly reduces 5G interference

There is a 5G tower near my house that broadcasts at 620MHz (RF39), which interfered with the channels broadcast on RF 34-36. The Silicon Dust LTE and 5G filter is the second attempt to reduce the strength of the 5G signal that was interfering with TV stations broadcasting on RF 34-36. The Silicon Dust filter reduced the signal received by my antenna from 100% to 58% without affecting the signal strength of the transmitter transmitting on RF 36. I used to have a Philips LTE filter, but it…

Didn't help an iota!

We use an outdoor antenna. Away from the cable and satellite companies to watch our TV. But lately something is interfering with our TV signal. Thank god we have ROKU on our sets but we still can't get live TV signals. The local channels just won't play, or they make the picture look like they're going to break, or the whole picture just freezes for 10-20 seconds at a time! All we can get right now is Mexican TV channels - we live in Catalina, Arizona just north of Tucson. This little thing…

This covers all frequencies of cell towers, including new ones

When installing the antenna, it is recommended to install an "LTE filter”. Due to FCC auctions in the US in recent years, the old UHF channels 38 and above are now used to transmit cell phones. A cell tower near you may interfere with TV reception. Many companies have not caught up with you. Check the characteristics of the filter or combined amplifier/filter. Many of them cover 700MHz and beyond. Channel 38 starts at 614 MHz. Those old filters are useless for this kind of interference. I…

Must work product

I live in southern New Jersey and receive 47 TV channels with a Channel Master 3201 LTE filter in front of the amplifier. I bought a SiliconDust LPF-608M LTE filter in hopes of solving a pixelation issue I was having on channels 57-1 through 57-5 (Philadelphia, PA). After removing the CM 3201 LTE filter and installing the SD LPF-608M LTE filter and rescanning the channels, I only got 42 TV channels! Channels 57-1 to 57-5 have been blocked! However, picture quality with the SD LPF-308M on other…

Happy with the performance of this filter

Based on information from another customer (thanks to Christina V.) I chose this filter. I measured the rolloff of the filter and it was exactly what I was looking for. Here are the details: 590MHz: -0.5dB 596MHz: -1.6dB 602MHz: -2.0dB (start of TV channel 36) 608MHz: -3.9dB (end of TV channel 36) 617 MHz: -19.8 dB (600 MHz block start) 622 MHz: -30.3 dB (600 MHz B block start) 627 MHz: -42.5 dB (600 MHz C block start) 632 MHz: -61 dB ( 600MHz block start) Block D 600MHz) over 632MHz: -61dB or…

The SiliconDust LPF-608M LTE filter saves lives!

The SiliconDust LPF-608M LTE filter works great. Cellular companies recently installed new 600MHz LTE cellular antennas on top of a water tower about two blocks from my house. These new antennas ruined my TV picture on most TV channels with tons of pixels. My television market is the stations in Chicago and Milwaukee. I ordered two SiliconDust LPF-608M LTE filters and they eliminated interference from new cellular antennas. OTA TV signals restored and back to normal! PS... I have two TV…
