Flimsy and Useless Pie Weights

This product was a complete waste of money. As a result of my tests, I determined that the weights do not hold down the crust while baking and they actually melt in the oven. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they are made of silicone, which I suppose is a healthier alternative to some materials. Overall, I would not recommend these pie weights to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a better quality option for your home and kitchen.

Great set for the price

Great set for the price. Cake weights work great, but the cake tin warped the first time I used it, and the foil works better than the silicone coating on the crust. Still useful and does what it's supposed to.

Good Starter Kit: Bakeware Sets

Not enough pie weight to properly weigh down a 9 inch deep pie pan for blind baking. But it's a good start for the beginner baker, and the adjustable cake protector is very convenient and easy to store because it's made of silicone, not metal.
