What I need for health

I have a big wound on my elbow and I needed a big flexible bandage and this bandage fits me. They were a bit pricey but I'm so happy with them. Unfortunately I just reordered and they are "out of stock". Hopefully they will be available again soon.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • there are some nuances

Great addition to your first aid kit

These large bandages would make a great addition to your first aid kit. These soft bandages are ideal for large cuts and scraped knees. They protect wounds and absorb bleeding. The pack size of ten is great to have enough on hand.

Excellent silicone foam bandages, exactly as described.

Excellent silicone foam bandages, exactly as described. This is a great alternative to "even more expensive" bandages, but at a better price. They are effective, flexible and hold well even on tight ankle skin. or Achilles. thanks for the remittance

I Love Silicone Foam Bandages

These silicone foam dressings are ideal for surgical wounds. I recently had a total knee replacement of my left knee. When I showered, a lot of skin came off in one spot and bled. I use this pad because this area is still bleeding. The area wasn't close to the cut area but I don't want infection and the bleeding needs to be absorbed. I can wear this patch in the shower because it's waterproof. A big plus is that there is no pain when removing it.

Absorbs well and adheres well

They have performed well on a heavy exudate wound. The glue holds it in place well, but for our purposes, the skin around the wound was so fragile and sensitive that we were concerned the glue might further damage it. We cut off most of the sticky part and secured the bandage around the leg with gauze and taped it. This method worked well, but foam bandages without an adhesive border would have made a better choice for us. However, it's a good choice for large, exuding wounds, and if the user's

Pack of 10 bandages. Each has a 2.5 x 2.5 inch coverage area, not counting the border. They are thick and seem absorbent. Glue is light but good. Depending on the flexibility of the bandage, they move with the patient. These bandages are good to have in the first aid kit, especially when it comes to the elderly. I bought these for my elderly friend who has a sore leg and uses this type of bandage regularly and loves it. Because he uses them once a day, they can get expensive. The current price…

Excellent adhesion and absorption - very comfortable - expensive!

I like everything about these headbands EXCEPT the price. If you need to use them daily for painful issues, they are very expensive at $2 per bandage. Especially when you can get a BIG well known brand for like $5 or $6 for a box of 10 or a generic store brand for $4 or $5 a box. They're worth it, but I personally can't afford $2 or more for an assistant. The silicone is very nice and stretchy and the pad is so soft! They really are quality helpers and for $10 which is still almost double the…
