I have never invested in this type of item. But when I used an original wine stopper and it leaked in the fridge overnight, I immediately ordered them, joking that I'm officially an adult now.

I've gotten a lot of really nice bottles over the years that I'd like to reuse, but the holes vary in size and it's difficult to find corks that fit. These corks aren't the prettiest, but they do their job really well and I can now put corked water bottles on the dining table and bar when I have people around.

I love these. They look good, don't add much to the height of the bottle which makes storage in low headroom areas easier, they work with bottles of all sizes and shapes, they are easy to put in and take out, but they form a good seal ie you can use them on soda bottles and the drink stays carbonated for a long time. I've tried a few different bottle tops, so far these are my favorites. I buy more to give as gifts.

These picks are silicone throughout, not just around the edges. This is important because unlike many other plugs, this plug actually maintains a good seal and stays in place. You can lay your bottles flat and not worry about the cork popping out and making a mess, and since they're made from food-grade silicone, you don't have to worry about the corks interacting with the liquid being stored either.

That's great. Sometimes (very rarely lol) you don't empty the bottle and have to put the cork on. I've used them on cider, wine, champagne and beer bottles over the years. As far as I can tell they are dishwasher safe, although they are small enough that they can be hand washed quite easily/quickly. I will say if you toss them in the sink and forget, they end up in the garbage chute fairly easily and often. However, they have survived many accidental garbage collections.

Beautiful and convenient stopper. It's better than trying to reseal the bottle every time and accidentally breaking the cork in the bottle (I did that and it sucks).
