better quality than USB-C to HDMI

I brought this cable because I bought a 34 inch ultra wide monitor and originally used a USB-C to HDMI cable and the monitor display was ugly. This USB-C connection for the display definitely improved picture quality over HDMI, but my monitor only supports 2560 x 1080p, which in itself isn't great. This cable supports 4k at 60Hz and is long enough for most use cases.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Does the job! in Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Connecting a 2K monitor to the USB-C port of a Caldigit hub. Another vendor's cable had flickering pixels on a Mac and only supported 1920x1080 on a Chromebook. This cable works perfectly.

  • Feeling Good
Cons

Works great and fixed my Mac M1's screen resolution issue

I got this cable to solve a problem computers with the Apple M1 chip have of not natively matching high resolution monitors can spend. Using the D-port connection on the monitor from the M1 (Thunderbolt 3) USB-C port is a workaround. This cable makes it possible. I can finally get 4k resolution from my new Apple computer!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Bad kit

Very suitable for computers and accessories

This is a beautiful cable, very beautiful red colour. The wire is thick, not the typical thinness of a phone charger. It's thick and looks well made. I have a Dell XPS. Connect the Displayport connector to the monitor and the other end to the USB-C connector. Instant plug and play on my monitor. I would recommend this purchase.

  • A dream come true

Great cables with true 4K

Great affordable cables. Currently using Surface Book 3 and Laptop 3 (work and personal), Surface Dock 2 and 2 Dell 4K displays for productivity. These cables are of high quality and appear durable, and are also jacketed in nylon to give them that extra edge. The biggest benefit of these cables is the ability to record 4K at 60Hz (instead of the 30Hz refresh you can get with other cheaper cables). much smoother / UHD experience. Highly recommend for single or dual monitor displays!

Pros
  • Handy stuff
Cons
  • So far so good

Doesn't work on MAC

MacOS for some reason blocks signal conversion. It works on Windows with Boot Camp on my MacBook, so the problem isn't the cables, it's the macOS software. I'm just posting this to let everyone know that many of us are trying to upgrade to DP monitors from 2019+ MacBooks and it won't work. A Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI connection will work though, so check if this brand makes a cable for it. If you're a Windows user, ignore everything I just said as this works great on Windows. Try it. Mac users, not
