Wrong size! 30mm instead of 40mm

They should be 40mm but are 30mm. I ordered them 3 times thinking I ordered the wrong size but no. The description says 40mm, but it's 30mm.

They're not as big as I thought.

They are not as big as I thought. Normal for small earrings. but I wanted to make BIG hoop earrings. We need to look for anything over 40mm.

The top of these tires is cheap looking metal. The idea is good, but the overall picture isn't very useful if you're looking to sell your beadwork. I would like to return, but the shipping eats up the return.
