I have purchased these earrings several times and they are always in perfect condition. They are my go-to-ear wire.

Warning, this is not the earring wire you will receive. What I received was a thin, short, dark nickel plated earring wire instead of the one pictured and I had to spend money to return it.

Put simply, it was the wrong product. These were regular earwires (not long or elegant), with a small ball and spiral on the front instead of the smooth, flat area of these "elegant" hooks. I sent them back and didn't order again. Easier to go to a craft store - similar price, much less worry/hassle.

I did not receive the hooks in the picture. The ones I've received work for earrings, but they're mostly simple curved wires rather than the more 'elegant' (see how I got the name of the item? Huh?) hooks with a flattened teardrop area going there Leads Where Pearls Stick. Are they usable? Yes. Are these the ones I ordered based on the photo? no I needed what I saw in the photo, otherwise I would have bought cheaper curved wires. boo
