I really liked the pin design. 3/4 of the pack of needles break when you wrap the needle. It's extremely awkward to be close to the finish line and then shatter the metal. I would not buy them again! The seller was great and I would recommend. The package arrived on time.

All pins were half bent They were badly damaged Although the price was good I assumed the customer service would be great as advertised. I sent photos and asked them to send new ones instead of refunding all the hassle and waiting. I already had customers waiting, they said no! Don't buy from them. They don't want to correct their mistakes!

I didn't like that 20 or more of these were severely bent and I had to try to loosen them. I wasn't sure if they would affect the look of my earrings but I was able to use all but one. He lost the ball at the end of the hairpin. All in all I would buy again if my orders didn't keep sending me more and more hair clips in the mail.
