I would give a 5 if the rubber mounting plugs fit like the previous ones. They approached the fan but were dangling in the case. I used the connectors from a previous build with the same fan on a different fan first and the connectors fit fine. Not so with new plugs. I had to use bolts, which wasn't too bad, but Silverstone needs some control over how the plugs are made.

Good fans for the money and yes they are quiet. and they look great. I also have a Silverstone CPU cooler with the same color fan, so it's a win-win. Now the colors can clash with some builds, but if you want a blue and white build, why not add some highlights to them? ;-)

PRO: An excellent fan with a very stiff frame, side air intakes and copper bearings. Optimized for silence, but as far as I can tell it also pushes out a lot of air. Impressive kit: 3M rubber grommets that fit into the pre-cut slots on the fan, low-speed adapters (with great sleeves), Molex 4-pin adapters, silicone rubber fan mounts.
