    Poor quality at Leathercraft

The screw portion of these binding mount sets is very short making it difficult to insert. The screw/thread tolerance also seems to be too large. A few screws are screwed in securely and tightly, but most are never tightened; They kept spinning forever and never tightened.

Almost all are out of place!

Only a quarter of them could be used. Very tedious and time consuming. They are incorrectly cut on the manufacturer's machine. Out of a pack of 60, I found 12 were done right. Now I have to shop elsewhere so I can finish this order for a customer and it's late. No quality control! In my photo, the left one works, the right one doesn't.

    CHECK IT. in Leathercraft

Brilliant idea, new to me but not to those who 'know'. Was looking for rivets for a leather project and came across these. Worked great to attach leather straps for the back of a wheelchair. 3 sizes ensure a good fit. Simply make the required hole and insert the front and back pieces and tighten with a flat head screwdriver. The finished look is clean and tidy and they stay in place. I recommend.

    Great for the price

This was just the size I needed to bind my books for my project. Since I needed a lot of screws and was on a tight budget, they were PERFECT! However, I have to note that many of the sets would not screw all the way in and with a bit of pressure would easily start to turn, and about 4 sets were completely useless as they just fell off. But overall it was exactly what I needed and I'm happy with the result!

    I really like these.

I bought these for a specific purpose, but after using them for that one purpose I can see that they will be useful for other purposes as far as my imagination goes. I like that they are threaded so I can take them apart if needed. They're handy in my spares box at my shop. The original description said the heads were 3/16" but I measured with a good ruler and the ones I got were 5/16". Even better!

    good product!

works great for what I use it for. From time to time there is usually one from every batch I've seen to date (I've bought two sets of this product so far), a female end post is unthreaded. I'm not too worried about that because there are so many and I work with this product on a larger scale. I would, however, if this seller could only list the Chicago 3/8 bolts for sale separately without having to purchase a full set. I browse through them most often and don't want to waste space by storing a
