🪑 Silver Lane Home Furnishings Pompeii Ottoman Review

We found this at a furniture store and loved it. I could find it at Revain for $100 less than the store, so naturally I started walking out of the store by clicking the Buy Now button. My ONLY complaint is that the set did not come with legs as shown in the store and in the picture so they are not flush with the chair 😳

The first ottoman came without legs. Revain's customer service was very good and quickly took care of this situation and sent another item 3 days later. No problems and I appreciated the good service. The new ottoman arrived with tucked legs in a zipped compartment. But the legs are plastic, not wood. Not impressed. I would have expected better processing from Lane.

Disappointing when furniture of this size is delivered and the finish is far from perfect and there is damage. This damage is on the bottom of the chair but is still damaged. The clips for attaching the lid on the underside are missing. No doubt this can become a problem over time. We need to take care of the repair instead of returning such a large item. A recourse would be great here, if only for the repair costs.
