Ottoman is not perfect
Disappointing when furniture of this size is delivered and the finish is far from perfect and there is damage. This damage is on the bottom of the chair but is still damaged. The clips for attaching the lid on the underside are missing. No doubt this can become a problem over time. We need to take care of the repair instead of returning such a large item. A recourse would be great here, if only for the repair costs.
