It's all there. I took a chance based on other reviews. The sender sent a sweet message to let them know if it's broken. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Adhesive can be an issue depending on what I'm putting in the frame as the thickness of the adhesive takes up some of the space the picture is in. It's hard, which is good if you're walking on a table. You need a strong hook to hang it.

Broken glass and terrible styrofoam packaging disappointed. The mats are boring and cheap, but the frame itself is great! I will take it on the spot and buy quality glass and excellent frosting. For some reason there was adhesive left in the frame that had to be scraped off. Excellent frame / amateur delivery. Update: Bought new glass and am still scraping off unnecessary glue hoping this will make the glass fit. GRRRR.

Frame aesthetics are great - just what I was looking for from that perspective. The suspension system is junk - I knew better not to use it, but it was basic so I went for the convenience. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a traditional picture hook. I barely hit the wall and the frame fell off and the frame and glass shattered. For the money this is a nice frame but there are a few issues. Firstly the hole is smaller than 11x14 so I had to crop the image to fit the frame which was quite annoying and in some cases could be a deal breaker. Also, the stand, which allows it to be used on a horizontal surface rather than hung, is visible when the frame is hung and there's no easy way to remove it unless you're carving the back of the frame . The frame itself is nice, which is what I was hoping for, however, contrary to the answer to the question, the lens is NOT removable. It is glued with a transparent sealant. It's possible that the vendors/manufacturers have changed the way the glass is installed since this question was answered, but if so then they should have updated the correct answer. UPDATE: Now that I got my brother a gift I've uploaded the photos. I placed his cat heads in general and admiral uniforms and these frames were exactly what I wanted them to fit in.
