Set of 5 heavy duty machine needles in assorted sizes. Use for standard sewing projects on heavy fabrics such as denim, corduroy or leather. Compatible with all quality sewing machines, including SINGER, Brother, and Kenmore brands. (2) size 100/16 for medium weight denim, (2) size 110/18 for heavyweight cotton, and (1) size 90/14 for medium weight leather. Machine needles come in slim and convenient case, marked with sizes on clear lid

Packaging has been opened before, needles are misplaced and needles are missing

What a joke, particularly surprising for a product with an overall rating of 4.5 stars. The needles were packaged in what appeared to be a previously opened package sealed with tape. Whoever put the pins back in the slots didn't even manage to put them in the right ones (they're marked). Oh, it also lacked the heavy duty needle (110/18). See image. Based on other reviews I would say you have a 90% chance of getting what you ordered and a 10% chance of just shaking your head.

Wears fast

pulled up on singer. I bought them for jean pins. I just did a small repair and hemmed a pair of jeans. The needles didn't even reach the last line. Sew 15 minutes and the needle is ready. I had to move to complete the renovation. Just disappointed that I wasted my money. Now I have to buy another set of needles, that's extra money I don't have to spend. It's so frustrating that even Singer has turned to inferior products to make money. I know not as many sew today as they used to, but still…

Singer needles are great! This is a varied package.

Color code your Singer Needles. This is a variety of packaging that is perfect for me. But make sure that's what you want! You actually get 3 different types of needles. The heaviest models have brown tips: they are designed for leather and vinyl. You only get one of these. The second strength is just called "Heavy Duty". They have silver tips. They are great for sewing through thick fabrics or layered fabrics. You get two of these. Then you have the ones with periwinkle tips. They are…
