NOTHING BUT STATIC IN HEADSETS

CAN'T SPEND THE DAY WEARING THESE EARPHONES WITHOUT CALLER COMPLAINTING ABOUT STATIC. Absolute rubbish of headphones.

Volume control was missing

Everything worked fine for a while, but then they stopped hearing me. Maybe muted. There was no volume or mute button at all. I would rate it "excellent" if it works consistently.

Will not be purchased again

I've been using this for a few weeks now. The product is as described and works as expected. The sound quality is good, no problems. I like that it turns off easily. The price is affordable. Update, only used for a few weeks, after that the headset stopped working. Wouldn't recommend it.

Sending it back is cumbersome, especially if it takes more than a few minutes.

I bought this headset to connect to my Cisco phones at work. It connects easily, but it's very uncomfortable, the top of the headset isn't padded, it's stiff and uncomfortable for prolonged use. And since it only has one earbud, it doesn't stay on my head and keep slipping off. I don't think I will leave the headset. Pillows and earmuffs on both sides. The sound quality is ok, but not outstanding.
