The best thing about these towels is that I can throw them in the washing machine and dry and fold them without having to iron them. I also really appreciate that the edges don't curl, crease or pucker after drying. We use these towels at almost every meal and they soften up a little over time after being washed and dried for so long. We've had other brands of cloth napkins in the past that didn't really work. They were more for decoration than actual use. After a few washes they look awful (shrink, wear and roll pretty quickly).
