Solid, reliable data storage and management tool

The system has been very useful to store our data over years, so we can quickly search through it whenever needed. It's easy-to use for beginners as well! Also there are many tutorials available online that will help you get started if your need arises sooner or later than expected. I don't think this tool could be used by anyone who doesn’t have prior experience of working using databases/datamarts like SQL Server / Oracle etc., but after gaining some knowledge about them one shouldn not face

This software has potential but it's too hard to install and use without extensive knowledge.

It's pretty difficult to create reports. It's pretty difficult to export the results. The documentation needs updating. It would be great if the developers could add more features and improve existing ones. The software needs some improvements to its UI. The installation process requires a ton of manual steps that are beyond tedious and annoying. The fact that this software is still being developed means it has plenty of room for improvement.
