I am happy with the product but I received the white not the navy and it looked used (tag removed). I need it, so I'm not officially complaining. One star for that.

I love how easy it fits in my fridge and the spout hardly spills when pouring. To me it says something. LOL I now have two that I use for herbal iced teas for my elderly mom. I've found that as long as I have some ice or water at the bottom, I can even pour hot tea in right after brewing without warping the plastic. I haven't tried it without a buffer, but you don't need much of it. Easier to store than a regular round pitcher.

Love this pitcher. It has a valve that opens and closes when rotated 90 degrees. When closed, it doesn't seal the tiny vent well, so it leaks a little (very little, I'd say) if you keep it upside down for any length of time, but it seals well enough to shake with juice to make from frozen concentrate. and move around the counter or in the fridge while remembering to close the flap and the two flaps that secure the top. Great design and perfect size!

I bought this to use with frozen orange juice. It holds just the right amount and fits in the door pocket of my (French Door) fridge. The spout rotates to the left to block (to block the drain). Easy to clean. Easy to use. I love this brand. I have already bought a second one to use for apple juice. My teenagers can easily use this too. My girls are not tough.
