Very warm and windproof. This faucet is the best I've ever tried. A few small modifications would be nice. If it was waterproof it would be better and also would have a slit/hole for nose or mouth to call ducks. But I like to wear it and take it with me on every hunt when the temperature drops below 40. I've used it as a hand warmer when not using it on my face. It does a good job of disguising your face when you're not wearing face paint. I highly recommend it.

Five stars for "Stretch" but it doesn't stretch. In cold weather I don't think it needs to stretch much. This is a great product, even if you're against Sitka because of the prices, it's worth the money. This is the only piece of Sitka gear I own and it's amazing. I chose wood and it is perfect for all types of hunting. I also wear it ice fishing and it keeps me warm!

This item is amazing. It is very warm when paired with a burn hat or a layered hat. It's quite high and bunches up a bit around my neck unless I pull it over my nose, but the wider base is great for covering my jacket collar and keeping warm. I have a hard time hearing the deer. when I pair this with a beanie or a burn hat, but I guess that's to be expected when you put that much on your ears.

I only gave this 4 stars for my breathability, mainly for sweat accumulation. During the pandemic I wear a mask most of the day so face masks don't bother me. It's very warm and thick, and if it's very cold outside, the breathability will likely outweigh the actual warmth.
