The french press coffee maker is great. I was very surprised at how easy it is to make a great cup of coffee. The 12 oz size is perfect for one cup a day and no paper filters are needed. This French Press is very easy to maintain and appears to be very durable.

Can't remember exactly when I bought this, I mean 4 months ago or so? Anyway, it worked flawlessly for the first four months - brewing the perfect amount of coffee, one cup, with no problems. And I never felt like I was missing anything. I also liked the aesthetic of the piece, the bamboo and glass worked well together. I don't drink coffee, but my wife likes a cup in the morning. On returning from a 2 week adventure in the UK she said she loved the French Press coffee at the B&Bs we stayed in so I ordered it when we got home. Now this is her fun activity every morning! Also easy to clean :-)

I love this french press! I had one a year ago and then bought Kurig for office convenience. Now I'm home and back to the French Press, there's such a difference in the coffee, it's amazing! In addition, it cleans very well, I was very happy with it, I've had just over a month and I use it daily.

First of all, I really liked this device. But what got it 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that the outer metal part scratches VERY easily. For $20 I was half upset and half not upset at the price. But I would like to be a little more tolerant. In conclusion, I recommend this, but if you love anal and go crazy when you see a scratch on a metal part, then this isn't for you. Otherwise it does its job.

I really like this little french press. He is perfect in himself. It's kind of tiring to clean the lid and the pressure part, and not the filter. The filter is easy to unscrew and press to clean each part, but it takes a lot of twisting to detach the bamboo cover from the stem and clean. I wish he had general instructions on how much coffee he needs. Below is a significant gap for coffee grounds, but I had to figure out through trial and error that you need about 1/4 cup of coffee per brew. If…
