Efficient Finger Sizing for Jewellery Making

This sizing tool is a lifesaver for any jewellery maker. It is easy to use and gives accurate finger measurements every time. The gauge is lightweight and takes up minimal space in your toolkit. The only drawback is it may not be suitable for larger finger sizes. Overall, a must-have tool for anyone venturing into Arts and Crafts involving jewellery making.

Pros
  • Accurately measures ring size.
Cons
  • Sometimes difficult to read the measurement markings on the gauge.

easy to use, accurate measurements

The sizing is easy to use and the measurements match the size I was given at jewelry stores. The only point of criticism would be that the dimensions are shown a little larger for better readability.

Pros
  • US ring sizes 1-13 with 27 gauges on chain
Cons
  • long shipping

Two sizes missing and ring sizes differ by 0.5

Missing sizes 7.5 and 8 which are the two sizes I need. Instead of 7.5 and 8, he has an extra 6 and an extra 7 (two sixes and two sevens). In addition, it only goes up to 12.5. I've tried the latest ring (#13) on two different mandrels and it stops at 12.5. It turns out that each ring size differs by 0.5. This means that a size 8 is actually a size 7.5 (and so on). So if you put a size 8 ring on the mandrel, it will stop at the 7.5 line. Terrible.

Pros
  • Stainless steel
Cons
  • Expensive
