Just what I needed to make felt banners! I made 3 layers of felt at once and sometimes cut the fabric into smaller pieces just to cut out the correct letters.

To cut out a letter you have to cut the entire steel ruler 6 by 6 to get a letter. I don't mind because I just put the excess in a container for later use.

They are great for making banners. The letters are 2 inches high and I use this matrix with my Big Shot Plus. I can cut four 100lb sheets at a time to get multiple letters. I glued the letters on the background to make them bigger, which suits my needs. Of course bigger letters would have been nice, but I got the job done and was happy with the end result.
