Decent speaker. It definitely hits rock hard. It sounds solid with low tones. I'll just have to wait for it to be hacked to get a proper opinion. So far I'm not too impressed, but that may change over time once I've got everything set up correctly.

You definitely don't expect anything from these little kids when they're in the right cabinet and your electrical part is top notch! I use 1 rp1500.1 on each subwoofer in a ported enclosure and they hit 10 hard. Very good for a budget build, Skar Audio doesn't disappoint at all.

If you chop them right they will be amazing after you chop mine right. Now I'm smashing a monoblock PPI 1500w RMS at 1ohm for a couple of days. Assist drills are blowing my Lexus to pieces. People can't believe a 2 cu ft 10 inch turbo port is that loud. or evl, and we'll see how much more abuse ddx can handle. Update: All those people who leave bad reviews don't know how to insert subscriptions properly. I'm still abusing it a few months later.

Installed correctly and paired with the right amp, this thing really turns things down! I've paired it with a Skar audio amplifier rated at 1000 watts RMS and it's serious. I blew 2 sets of Sundown SA-12s (my fault) before looking at them. At first there was a familiar smell of cooked coils, but after a couple of weeks it went away. Now these things are deep and pure. For the record, I run them on a monstrous American Bass VFL 4800.1 hybrid that can easily handle two Competition Grade 15s. Stay away from the gain control for a long time.
