You will see that the upper shows little to no wear and the bottom of this shoe shows little to no wear after moderate use. However, if you look at the heel of the shoe in the photo, and this happened on both shoes, the fabric wears away, exposing the plastic component of the heel and allowing it to stand out. The overall fit and feel of this shoe met my expectations. I won't try to say they're perfect, but they're so close. I was interested in getting sneakers without laces to avoid having to tie my laces. I used to have Skechers, the size was consistent. As I'm older my needs are different so I'm not sure if hard running or exercise is for everyone. The shoes are cushioned and great for walking.
