I wore sandals four times. The fourth time, the strap on the sandal came loose. I couldn't return them because the return window was closed. I only had them for two months! I was very upset because I wasn't allowed to return. You can't wear them because they fell apart.

Bought these for a trip to Disneyland but didn't get to use them. While the insole was comfortable and the sandals held true to size, the straps only shifted in one spot, chafed, and were otherwise uncomfortable. Also, the straps were a little scratchy.
