Originally bought as a cheaper option as I wasn't sure how often I would like to have them. For the past few months or so I've carried them to Niagara Falls, backpacking at a remote campground, and Ice Age hiking trails. I wore them all day on concrete, sand and water with no issues. But apparently my right leg is a freak of nature.
