They should have been 10 wide in women. First I got a size 10, not a size 10 WIDE. I intentionally buy wide because of the aluminum toe cap. Now you can feel on the right foot how the aluminum toe rubs against the thumb and the children's toes are very uncomfortable. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH WIDE SHOES! I've been buying sandbox/synergy shoes for 6 years now and this is the first time I've had an awful pair! So disappointed

i just bought a pair of these. After trying it on, I quickly noticed a defect in my right shoe. While wearing the shoes, I feel there is a blister on the upper part above my big toe. When I took off the boot and felt inside, the fabric over my toes was damp and bubbling. Maybe too much glue was used? Since I ordered them online, I don't want to return them. The shoes arrived on time and looked exactly like the photo. Nicely packaged and new. I really wanted to love them, but while most of the shoes were comfortable and soft, the alloy tip rested on the toes (both first and pinky). I wore them on carpet for 30 minutes just to try them out and even in a seated position it was obvious that that hard toe plate was fitting. Although I wear 9.5 or 10 shoes (I ordered 10 to be safe), I don't have particularly wide feet so I didn't expect toe problems…
