Eight colorful keys provide a full scale of musical notes and attached mallet encourages walkers to make music anywhere. Helps develop fine motor skills. Fox bobs up and down. Great toy, except for ONE!

A cute little toy that will really keep little ones busy. It is difficult for ANYONE to use the stick to hit the buttons as it is attached to the bottom of the toy. Not long enough to comfortably reach all buttons, especially for a child, most likely for safety reasons. I was able to detach the stick by pulling the knot on the string out of the hole in the stick, untying the knot and removing the stick. It is still perfectly stowed away in the recess on the fox's belly (underside of the toy) so

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • No performance

Watch her with a wand/hammer

My 8 month old had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck in a split second. It's short for easy untangling, but I removed the thread just in case. Now he's trying to shove the hammer down his throat as far as possible. So I think he'll play without a hammer until he outgrows the urge to choke on toys. It appears that the string can be replaced by removing the toy's base where it is bolted on and threading a new string through the hammer hole. It sounds very nice, not too loud, not hoarse…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • So far so good

Weak sound, bad design.

This toy is not very functional and poorly made. I am rightfully giving one star for the cute design and colors. In addition, this is the minimum rating. Firstly I will repeat other reviews that say the string is too short and barely reaches the last key. Second, my red button is flat so the audio doesn't reverberate. Finally, I know this is a child's toy, but the sound when playing the keys is generally very weak. I'm totally disappointed as I thought it was really cute and expected better…

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Not everything fits
