Had to return first one and reorder product - overall good now

On my first order, the screws to assemble the hangers on the hooks were not included, so it was disappointing to not be able to actually use it right away. I had to repack it and send it back - they wouldn't ship the exchange until the return had been fully processed, and then that package was lost in transit for over a week.It did finally arrive (with all the screws and pieces to actually assemble it this time). I bought this for our hall bath that has limited space. It is perfect for the room. It is sturdy, attractive, and works great for us.

Just what I needed good for me

These are reasonably priced for 2. I wanted some hooks for bedroom doors because we don’t have a coat closet. Our doors are 2” thick and these fit. They are slightly larger, so I needed to use the included felt pads to keep them from moving. I would buy them again.

No instructions in my review

No instructions, came with a screwdriver that didn't even fit the screws. Had 4 holes and 6 screws and a dozen bumper pads. I have no idea how put this thing together. Came with just a bunch of rattly pieces. Very frustrating

Price is right: my feedback

It’s fits over my door great had to screw it down. Got the bronze color is good . Little wobbly but once screwed down it holds heavy winter coat. Well worth the price.

Fell apart in 2 months

Overall looked good and functioned well. However, after 2 months, one day it randomly fell apart and no matter how much I tried, I can't screw it back together. I can't use it anymore.

Keep looking good for me

It will work for what I need it for, but it’s definitely cheaply made. When I was putting it together my hands turned black. Not sure what’s on it. Wish I got something a little nicer.
