I've been using Indy Evo headphones for about 8 months and have decided to take them with me for gardening and normal "dirty work" when I don't want to ruin my good headphones. I hate to admit it, but this is my third failure with Skullcandy. I'm so stupid! Over the years, these products soon failed. I bought them full price and heavily discounted at Marshall's. These headphones in particular - I wasn't expecting them to be the same as Sennheiser or even Apple, but I'm shocked at how poorly designed and executed they are. I understand that repaired or "refurbished" items may have different results. My Indy headphones came in their original packaging and looked great. There were a few scuffs but to be honest with matte black products if you buy them brand new you will get scuffs as soon as you open the product.
