These earbuds really exceeded my expectations in terms of sound quality, especially given their affordable price point. They fell apart the first day I got them because they came out of the case (which they barely fit in). Headphones literally ripped off the cord! It wasn't like I carried them or put them in my tool box and lugged them around all day - they were in my backpack, which is a typical book bag. Unbelievable. Returned the next day. refunded.

I bought them back in January and had to buy a new pair two weeks later. I was a regular customer of Skullcandy headphones until I bought these. Not only was the sound terrible, they hurt my ears! These headphones made my ear canals feel sensitive and painful. Are these really real Skullhandy headphones?
